The chapter was organized in 1972 and honors Major Nathaniel Mitchell,
an officer in the Revolutionary War and a delegate from Delaware to the
Continental Congress from 1783 to 1787.
He served as the Governor of Delaware from 1805 to 1808.
Chapter meetings are held on the 3rd Saturday in the months of September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April, and May. |
